Voices Reach Aloud Poem by David Harris

Voices Reach Aloud

Rating: 5.0

Your fingertips run down my spine
caressing every nerve end of mine.
Our hearts beat as one
as raptures of love around us entwine.
The world does not exist
in our paradise where we recline.
Our senses smoulder
before the intensity of love’s fire
as we drift into desire.
Emotions lift us to the clouds
murmuring voices reach aloud,
giving no passage to time
as our heart entwine.
