Vrindavan Poem by ramesh rai

Vrindavan

Today, Vrindavan has truly captivated my heart;
Leaving behind my grand mansions,
I wish to settle right here.
Vrindavan appeals to me so deeply—
Where else could I possibly go?

From Mohan, I discover the true meaning
Of an eternal, priceless life;
When Krishna, my beloved friend,
Sings the *Bhramar Geet* (Song of the Black Bee) ,
Hearing the melody of His songs
Leaves me utterly overwhelmed with ecstasy.

I engage in sublime, divine meditation,
And wander freely in the company of my Friend;
I behold His magnificent, cosmic form—
A vision revealed to me by my companions.
