Walking Bruce - Poem by Juan Olivarez
My knees aren't very good,
But they get me around.
I still don't need a crutch,
When I walk into town.
My legs are kinda bowed,
But that don't stop me none.
I walk around the whole darned day,
As well as anyone.
When bruce takes me for a walk,
(Sometimes I hate that pup.)
I just pull back on his leash,
And let my legs catch up.
