Walking In Righteousness Poem by Gregory PierreJerome

Walking In Righteousness

Walking in Righteousness

Psalms 85
10 Love and faithfulness meet together;
righteousness and peace kiss each other.
Obedience of the Word of JEHOVAH and passion for the GOSPEL
Psalms 89: 14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you.
So I walk in the wilderness eating manna and drinking from the divine rock
I learn from YOUR teachings and pass on THY loving
I fall on the good land and embrace YOUR sacrifice on Calvary, my ordained victory
Through experience of painful sufferance, through faith of graceful endurance
I walk in the narrow path where the storms are smashing
The persecution at hand the thundering of false doctrines
The turns to hell and cross to a cell
A mindset of gain and a life of a sinful stain
I repent of my iniquities and pick my cross to follow YOU believing
Faith without works is dead as nothing as of to trust YOU is to let go and give you control
So I lean on YOUR Spirit for guide and strength as of my way to grow
So in YOUR love I swim throughout your breath, knowing that we intertwine and flow
In praise and in worship, my hands up there conquering with authority, I throw
Living in YOUR obedience, YOU call me friend, YOU are my HEAVENLY FATHER and this will never end
Down I drown, beaten in sin and rotten in flesh but still you give me YOUR precious hand
CHRIST JESUS, my everything, for lousy me, the undeserving, YOU took a stand
And than I praise again magnifying YOUR divine NAME as an adopted man
In Songs of Solomon, Psalms, and musical writes I sing to YOU on the road of this miraculous band
For YOUR works of the past now and than, know I am YOUR biggest fan
My footsteps guided by YOU, YAH, thanks for the second chance
Walking in righteousness with HOLY SPIRIT and in melody to this sweet dance
I thank you LORD YEHOSHUAH, CHRIST JESUS for this spiritual romance
I love thee my HEAVENLY FATHER as we laugh in this beautiful cadence
