freedom
went for a walk
a quiet stroll
to visit
a monument
erected to peace
in a past
era when a monument
to peace
was allowed
but sadly
as freedom
drew close
a crowd
of protesting
war mongers
were violently
descending
down a steep hill
swiftly proceeded
to rabble attack
the statue of peace
with hammers
picks
an odd jack hammer
war mongers totally
destroyed
the statue of peace
