Water Wheel Poem by Dawn Novus

Water Wheel

Rating: 5.0

Novice in the catacombe

Imbedded there in timeless grail

As the parched land makes the rain holy

When it comes... and here it comes

Whispering of old sin washed wet and clean

And with great creaking and groaning the wheel turns to life

A sweet sigh of seraph utters a tone high in resplendant might...
The lonely tomb be bare he calls, the lonely tomb be bare

Upon the watered terrain a glistening sphere

Oh she dances full and round and teal the colour her squeals of delight sound

The grail eternal embedded in her eyes.
