A civilization
far more advanced than ours,
and with population tera,
from using water as coal,
eventually declared:
Using Water As Water Is Waste.

'where power is water-based.'

    Meritocracy and oligarchy decree how power is to be generated, so waste is not calculated. Displacement will have a cost, just as with black coal. (Report)Reply
