Though we have different colored skin
We are both kin,
Though we have different colored eyes
We both see the same truths and lies.
Though we have different shaped ears
We both hear the same fears,
Though we are of different genders
We both are protectors and defenders.
Though we are from different society's
We believe in the same proprieties,
Though we live on different streets
We both have the same receipts.
Though we both have different thoughts and beliefs
We share the same pains and griefs,
Though we both feel the same from within
We are kin.

I would like to translate this poem
Though we are kin, your skin is thick, and mine is thin. I may be sick; you may be well. I've no more rhymes, but what the... heck!
