Can you honestly say,
You don't ever pray,
To someone or something above,
It's the human way,
To err every day,
At times we do need a shove.
When you see a face,
Do you think, which race?
Or do you see a fellow human,
Why we don't embrace,
Is a total disgrace,
We should cherish all men and women.
Our loathing and hate,
Some cannot abate,
Others they just love to destroy,
They cannot wait,
To kill and castrate,
Detestation will never bring joy.
If we were colour blind,
Would we really mind,
Or search for another excuse,
It is how we're defined,
It should not be maligned,
Our morals are enshrined in abuse.
If as one we unite,
There'll be no need to fight,
Let those drenched in hatred then stew,
On us they're a blight,
They live to incite,
But they cannot do it without you.
When someone is ill,
At some point we will,
Recite a prayer for their health,
It does instil,
Peace and goodwill,
That's the true meaning of wealth.
All races shed tears,
They have similar fears
Disrespect should make us feel shame,
We require pioneers,
To rediscover frontiers,
After all,
‘' We Are One And The Same ‘'
