What Happens To Too Hesitant To Declare Love? Poem by Terence George Craddock

What Happens To Too Hesitant To Declare Love?

what happens to too hesitant to declare love
nothing happens love in isolation can never live

an undeclared love time dust will wither fade
never blossom scent flowers romantic memories

is it better to shatter smash all false hope
with a declared love professed refusal

to cast caution safe to the wind take a leap
of faith in hopes of attaining heart felt love

unrequited love declared rejected at least
silenced nagging plague 'what if' regrets

declared love rejected may end in timeless silences
departed never seen again face or enduring friendship
