What Has Begun To Be Done Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

What Has Begun To Be Done

Truth to dispute the proof,
Of its existence.
Has begun to move,
Closer into the spotlight.
To widen disbelievers and naysayers eyes.

Bright as if a cloudless sky,
Beams down upon it rays of Sun.
Leaving no one to deny or despise,
The effectiveness of what this represents.
Or what has begun to be done.
In these days of division.
Caused by deception intentionally meant.

Truth...
To once have many,
Dispute the proof of its existence.
By those who continued,
Betraying with resistance.
In the hopes to convince,
Truth threatens and offends.
And any evidence of it should be ended.

Yet...
It is the presence of truth,
That has begun its move.
Closer into the spotlight.
Proving to disbelievers and naysayers all,
How those who deceive...
Were actually the ones,
Causing a quality of life...
Facing a rapid downfall.

And...
Had been an attempt meant to create,
Division, conflict and chaos.
Between the people who could not see,
To accept or believe...
It is only with diversity,
That peace to know it can exist.
Without pointless racist activities,
Those unconscious of mind...
Find profitable to pocket exclusively to permit.

While sickened mentalities,
Worshipping materialistic images...
Of a life to live.
And left tormented to perceive and made believed,
Their birthright to entitlements...
Could actually be stolen.
By those They have already condoned,
To be thieves and crooks.
Corrupting their eroding way of life.
Representing their own selfish interests.
Selling a bunch of B.S. to those blind!

Justice.
Close to being busted to dust.
Makes a startling return.
And...
Burn those,
Who make laws forced to abide by them.
This...
Is a remarkable occurrence,
In these lawless times.
