What I Feel
A midst of being alone
Yet not lonely
Gazing at nothingness
But felt not empty
And tears flow
Not because of pain nor sorrow
But of joy and of consolation
Note:
“What I feel” was written during the author’s annual retreat in 2006 at The Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, Guadalupe Cebu City, Philippines.
