What is a poem?
A poem is an image in words,
A thought, an idea, a view, an opinion,
A reflection, a discussion
In lyrical, arranged or lucid words.
A poem can be about an old diary,
A poem can about an album of photographs,
A poem can be about a drama seen.
What will inspire when who can but say it?
A poem can be Valentine Day cards,
A poem can be about olden letters, telegrams.
