If those can not lead by example,
Because they are regarded as opportunists...
With an exposing of their mature abilities,
To show those who follow how to lead.
Then what is the point being made...
To seek those with qualifications,
From outside of an environment...
Where people on the inside of it,
Are fed on ignorance.
And have accepted this mindset,
As a perception required to succeed.
What is the point being made...
If those who have the expertise,
Are on a regular basis degraded.
