On the street, first is Damini
Second is Mandakini in the house
Anywhere if there is a third one
Sea will be never calm as before
Like angry lions it will howl and roar
The dikes of patience will be broken
Waves over waves of men and women
Burn in flames in anger and threaten
To bring down the government
If it fails seriously to take into account
Those men who are responsible
The earth will shake, the sky will tremble
Yet it happens and this time it is Minakshi
But no tide rises surprising calmness in the sea
What’s happened, men’s been defeated?
For over repetitions of things men’s habituated?
Then- society is broken into to sink and gone
Like the Titanic in the belly of the ocean
And I wonder how it could ever be a fun
Or is it a lull or a period of hibernation
Before the time of blast or harbinger of revolution
