When Babies Come Time Stops Poem by Terence George Craddock

When Babies Come Time Stops

Rating: 5.0

babies did you ever notice
how that bump so hard
so heavy to carry around
so awkward to carry around
soon makes a big bump in the world
soon after prima donna stage appearance
when visitors in an immediate world
visitor in family friend world
visitors in neighbourhood
visitor in close by world
pilgrimage to visit babies

everything stops
stops for mesmerizing moments
stops for heartbeat seconds
stops for happy happy minutes
stops for body glow smiles
stops for mesmerizing moments
everything stops

everything stops
for mesmerizing moments
in new baby worlds

babies rock the world
fascinating are adults
reduced to personalized

versions

of baby talk
with the arrival
of new babies

smiling memories
of shared happiness
in bliss regression

Very true words. Very well portrayed. Life is all beautiful amidst the too but as the baby comes something really goes wrong but still all try to accomodate forgetting all in the bliss of baby talk, phony etc...well pictorized. Full score.
