When 'It' Comes - Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

A journey within an inner beauty.
Is that what comes...
When our days here are done?

An eternal mystic voyage...
Beyond Creation
Where mental translations
Are transferred
In a spiritual awareness intact!

Are we on track for that?

It's rumored that death is perceived
To be something much more,
Much more than taking a nap!
But no one,
In fact...
Has ever returned from 'that' to come back!

A journey within an inner beauty.
Is that what comes...
When our days here are done?

There is no 'If' about it...
Something comes to change everything!
Changing everyone,
When 'It' comes.
Bringing everything back to ONE.
Back to where beginnings,
In fulfillment spinning endings...

Very deep deep thought, and havn't we all done this soul search ourselves at one time or another. Brillant as usual!
