When Our Need

When our need is at its deepest extent
We know that to us God's ear is bent
And a love packed with such generosity
Can offer up forgiveness from Deity
Any heart that's in a repentant mode
Will find consideration from the Lord

Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
We're just earthen vessels but eternity bound
Two destinations but only one bodes well
One leads to Heaven and the other leads to Hell
We have a will to make choices make yours today
Remember Jesus Christ is the Life, Truth, the Way

There's a deep, deep well of Salvation
Offering a blessing without cessation
Mercy and grace, abundant and free
By the shedding of Christ's precious blood for thee
O the wonder, the wonder of it all
Eternal life to whomsoever on the Lord will call!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
