A poem of hope and despair, simultaneously: 'Thousand hopes I always bear, Which make the far very near. When there is no reason, You need not keep yourself in my prison'. In the second line, the word should be 'borne' or 'born'? Though the two words have different meanings, yet they both can fit suitably in here, perhaps. Wanted to know what was really in the poetess' mind!
