When You Get Three Squares A Day Poem by Frank Sheehan

When You Get Three Squares A Day

Rating: 5.0

When you get
three square
meals a day
you don't
really enjoy them

You can't
truly appreciate
a good meal
until you've
been a

starving Artist
surviving on
whatever you
can sink your
teeth into.

Then you get
the full satisfaction,
all the
flavors and tastes
of a good serving.

Hunger can give one an appreciation for food like nothing else. A well crafted poem, Frank.
