When You'Re Ready. Poem by kay connolly

When You'Re Ready.

Rating: 4.3

Thoughts of you control my mind every day.
Any feelings of love gone, without a word to say.

I still wait for your call, knowing it’s never going to come.
Living everyday without closure is like addition without sum.

The apology I deserve, is what you are refusing to give,
putting my recovery on hold, making life harder to live.
