Where
Where was the world
when I wanted it the most?
Off on holiday I suppose.
Where were all my friends
when I needed them near?
Turning their back on me
as none of them were around.
Where was love
when my life was so lonely?
It vanished like everything
else in my life,
just leaving me with the question.
Where had it all gone wrong?
