since the day.. you walked out.
i have been prayin every night..
wishing you would come back..
and love me for who i am..

but why must we drift so far apart?
when im hangin on that piece of string.
waiting for you to come..
but you dont even notice.

if i was dying..
would you even take a look at me?
will you face me and say,
i love you?
we pretend and play this little sick game of love.
rip me away.
kill me now.
i dont want to suffer.
hanging from this piece of string is where i go..
