Where Is The Strategy Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Where Is The Strategy

A rushing to conclusions,
Without final solutions.
Just produces more confusion.
Not reduce it.
From a barrel tip,
Full of squirming worms.

These times have left so many disgusted.
That better it is,
Not to stir up more fuss.
These times have left,
New words heard not before to cuss.
Leaving it understandable,
How a few can mess so much up.

But...
Where is the strategy.
Done with focus and clear purpose.
To end conflicts.
Began by those now known misfit.
Where is that strategy.
To begin with certainty to never again,
Anoint those incompetent.
Because of a love of the way they pretend.
With an entertaining self importance,
Used for reasons to undermine and offend.
Where is the strategy.
That puts an end,
To a permitted vandalizing...
Of minds sickened and from ear to ear grin.
Accepting this craze,
As a representation that reflects upon them.

These times have left so many disgusted.
Choosing to blow off steam.
With new words heard not before to cuss.
But...
Where is the strategy.
That strategy focused upon with purpose.
To end the conflicts that have been started.
Instead of continuing to permit,
Those immature and ignorant...
A giving more attention as if given permission,
Paths allowed to trash.
And followed by those expected,
To collect the garbage.
While looking for more of it as a demanded task!
