Where The Wild Things Grow - Poem by Anwer Tebai

where the wild things grow
where those who seek themselves go
where the legacy dies and those words you were told gets torn
where the old dies and a new you is born
and so you are yourself and all that you are is yours
come with us my dear friend throw them away and let's go
to that place where the wild things grow

Totally enjoyed this poem Anwer! Where the wild things grow is where we experience the creativity of our souls and intellect. Every poet finds their own space to be nourished and grow in the gardens of imagination where all wild things congregate. Fascinating poem, I love it! Thank you for sharing, RoseAnn (Report) Reply

Awesome piece! We would all like to go to that place unless you dear Anwer provide explanation to that wild thing that grows just to enjoy more! Thanks for sharing. (Report) Reply

yourself your thoughts everything that is of yourself not of those who only wish to bound you
for i believe that in order to be yourself you must go to the extreme eat the fruit of madness and taste
bizarre go where none ever dared to go that's where the wild things grow :)

Beautiful train of thoughts, well articulated, nicely encapsulated and penned in poetic diction with conviction. A lovely piece of poetry. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON. (Report) Reply
