Whose States Who Reign

In air, water, land in the earth
Vast states are established
Beings, plants and things reign
Open and secret gain and pain,
As they are thoughtless knights
In darkness for dark sides they fight
So none of them exactly do know
How many phases are now to go;
Planets and stars help them
From long far different regions.
