Why have we turned cruel on nature?
With total indifferent attitude and harmful for future
It is finding disfavor with natural lovers
They try and canvass support from nature supporters
What nature has failed to afford us?
Not enough of wood to build houses!
Or fire wood to poor and nice shelter for them
Fruits in abundance for everybody to cater
I watch the birds to go away or migrate
From civil population to isolated places
Their presence is dwindling anyway
Make the nests far away places and stay
Sparrows have completely disappeared
Previously we used to find them in houses when appeared
In kitchen or in drawing room with lovely sound
Now they are no where seen even if make round
Such a heavy toll for beautiful birds
Cuckoos voice too rarely heard
Crows and squirrels have become extinct
Streets now smell heavily and stink
The crows were excellent service provider
The food left over were picked as if at placement of an order
They may come and finish quickly their job
Now we are at pain to notice their absence on top of the house
Nature and birds definitely cater our needs
Now they have deserted us on count of our greed
We have destroyed their hide outs
They are forced to opt out or quit

I would like to translate this poem
just too many of us and too few of them.
