The Bible tells us long ago
By human hand Jesus did die.
But Jesus beseeched God, and so
Jesus' death and rebirth was why
God then decided to forgive
The humans for their evil ways.
God allowed humankind to live,
And hoped there would come better days.
But many days have come and gone.
Does Jesus still beseech God to
Forgive what is still going on?
So much evil, humans still do.

How much longer will God deem worth
Humans creating hell on Earth?
