Windchill Comes To An End Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Windchill Comes To An End

W-indchill comes to an end,
H-aving caused no frostbite;
E-arly Wednesday shows up,
N-ew dawn sets things
A-right.

P-ure delight and warmth
A-re brought to your heart;
S-un March twenty-ninth rises,
A-fter the raindrops depart.
Y-our birthday has come,
L-ight begins to ascend;
O-nce the beacon shines, windchill comes to an end.
