Window Anew... Poem by Varsha M

Window Anew...

Rating: 5.0

A warm night
Though tight
Pulled me aside
To espy the starry sky
Scintillating with new sparkle
Agog me until I sail
To the continent
Deep down in my heart
Playing the very eminent part
I always dreamt to enact
Oh! Lovely starry night
Carry me to horizon afar
Where lives my soul
Holding hand in hand
Until we make it known
As the cohabitees
Destined to execute
Purpose of life
As they vow to cajole
Painted in the silvery glow.

The poem charms the reader with some fascinating images of the starry night unfolding the scope and purpose of life. Following lines will suffice to bring home this reality: Carry me to horizon afar Where lives my soul.... Holding hand in hand
