Wingsuit Base Jump Soaring Soaring Poem by Terence George Craddock

Wingsuit Base Jump Soaring Soaring

wake up refreshed ecstatic
with vibrant need to run jump
need to climb a high mountain
leap from the top then wind fly
glide swim mountain air currents
wingsuit leap straight off cliff face
leap of faith fabric flying wind rippling
feel cloud passing kiss touch blue skies

feel wind rush leap off rock freedom euphoric
solid earth stand into air current rush soar flight
drop drop just to enjoy the fall fall base jump
gravity rush fall rush rock rush ground rush
scenic flash past in wind rush adrenaline rush
hormone secreted by adrenal glands increases
rates of blood circulation breathing carbohydrate

metabolism and prepares muscles for exertion
feeling breathing overwhelming joy happiness
excitement images imaginative bird glide wings

birdman fabric between legs under arms adds lift
freedom fly through snow peaks green mountains
or soar in bare wind sun bleached rock mountains

wind flight glide wings swift swift effortless soaring soaring
