Pulling against the midnight sky,
I don't even think to wonder why,
As it glimmers in my eye,
Like a fight for life or death,
As it moves I see it's breath,
As it rises into depth,
Like sky away from dark,
Forming music for the lark,
That will brand you with my mark,
Softly crushing all desire,
Are you afraid to feel the fire?
Taste the lips of a liar,
Dare not speak it aloud,
As it brings a fresh storm cloud,
Obscuring all around,
Why say that filthy word?
As you cradle the absurd,
She flies away like she's a bird,
Fall onto the midnight sky,
Just a glimmer in my eye,
He should have never told that lie,
He's a star now...
