With A Taste For It (Both Ways) Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

With A Taste For It (Both Ways)

Many want it both ways.
To lie and deceive,
Then receive accolades.
For an evil to intend it,
With innocence pretended...
Sold to believe not them to begin.

Many want it both ways.
To accuse and abuse.
Just to amuse themselves.
Hoping the effect of their misdeeds,
Creates a hell to sell it well.
Leaving others to perceive,
They've been attacked by enemies.

Many want it both ways,
To get it.
Regardless how the attention comes.
From a doing done,
By those who are fanatic.
Enjoying havoc to begin.
While witnessing others self inflict,
What was intentionally implemented.
To hear it heard from 'both way doers'...
How they too were victimized.
Yet not told are the lies,
That started the conflicts.

Denial kept to keep it enslaves.
Both ways.
To never end it.
Soliciting the innocent.
creating more victims.
Denial kept to keep it enslaves.
Both ways,
Keeping minds addicted.
To self inflict conflict.

Denial kept to keep it enslaves.
Both ways.
Keeping minds addicted.
To self inflict,
Habitual conflicts.
Solicited.
To enjoy.
Both ways.
Solicited.
To enjoy.
Both ways.
Denial kept to keep it enslaves.
With a taste for it.
Denial kept enslaves.
With a taste for it.
Denial kept enslaves.
Both ways.
With a taste for it!
