With Change
With change
It can be managed
Day and night
Can bring delight
Stars do help to guide
Ships on the sea route can find
Glide the route and have direction
Seek the way and reach the destination
Poor and rich
Both are easy to reach
Poor with will power to reach
And rich with zeal to catch
So in adverse style
Weather can stay for a while
Sky way may clear
With no more fear
So be it
Day or night
We can move
And certainly prove

This is a nice little free form poem, but I felt in the third stanza using the word 'reach' twice in succession as an end of line rhyme spoils it for me. Other than than that you have a natural ability for rhyme. Well done.
