With new phase
Palaces are built not on ruins
But on land far that remains
Ready for new construction
And with solid foundation
As past finds no relevance
It has to be started at once
Suppose the capital was to shifted
Or the new city was to be built when devastated
Each brick is laid new
With aspirations and hope to renew
Bid for prosperity and peace
And of course life to be spent at an ease
From now on, the place has new identity
With name and people's entity
The balloons may go up high in air
With happiness and not with despair
Each one may look for progress
Show it rally on face
Work for constant progress
And start with new phase
