With vigorous strides


Air dreary and clouds fell
Chaotic wildness highlighted
Crisscross footpaths between fields stretch as far as eye can see
Clam mussel quietly swaying
Left a little trace
Mountain cave remnant
Brilliant marks of the remote antiquity

Spring flowers, autumn moon, summer cicadas and winter plums
The sky bright and the stars lost
Yearned relatives, friends and the family in hometown
Heart window lonely, who can be told
With vigorous strides, sorrow rain counterattacked
Countless catkins became powerful and intransigent

Time is really not letting this go
Man's life is like a dream in the depth of the foggy forest
Crickets as one falls, another rises
Fireflies dodged and floated
Who was pleasing the beautiful girl
Released hands and feet, chased insanely


Note: stove chicken means cricket. Common saying of the Hokkien language in Haifeng, Guangdong, China.

空气沉闷云层下坠
洪荒野性凸显
阡陌一望无际
蚶壳菜悄然摇曳
留下那么丁点儿痕迹
山顶岩洞残存
远古时代辉煌印记

春花秋月夏蝉冬梅
天空放亮星辰迷途
眷念故乡亲友家人
心窗寂寞向谁倾诉
大步流星愁雨逆袭
无数柳絮飞扬跋扈

岁月不依不饶
浮生若梦雾林深处
灶鸡仔此起彼落
萤火虫躲闪飘忽
谁在取悦红颜靓女
放开手脚疯狂追逐
