Life, so precious, and in a day
The way the birds bring joy with song
Children playing in the park
A breeze that feels like Nature's love

Oh the smell of charcoal, cooking
It lingers long within the air
One day without a single worry
Sitting on the beach without a care

If only this moment in 'time, ' is forever
A gift from life, if only one
To be replayed like a favorite melody
A perfect day that lives forever on

Each year we share our family stories
Each year we play a family game
If only words could explain this feeling
The best relived almost every day
