Chennai is always hot
and with rowdy gangs fraught.
Lots of wine shops are there
and so tempers flare.
The city trains are full
but bereft of power keeps the lanes lull.
Face to face the vehicles hit
and the drunken drivers are unfit.
The foreigners are in beaches lie
and the vandals peep at them without shy.
The pimps galore everywhere
and the cops don't see them there.
No shortage to hooligans
and the corrupt politicians.
The jobs are sold for huge sums
but about it no dog hums.
The robbers take the government on lease
and freebies they give the poor to please.
One judge with courage bites
and from the swindlers others take flights.
The men prostrate in open for money
and with paramours slit the neck of honey.
The porn webs the students browse
and if ranks denied, emotions they rouse.
The officers receive best training
and with henchmen cups of wine they are draining.
It is what a city is in our country. A perfect description.

This is life almost everywhere. The general deterioration of life and its values are reflected throughout the country. Only thing is that it may be a little more in some cities. No place is an exception! A very realistic, at the same time a dismal scene!
