Words Don'T Cost Much
Words tossed
Into a page
Like sand to the sea
May be lost
May engage
Someone with poetry
At some point
Of Despair
Or perhaps Fear
Words wash the pain there
Or assuage a tear
It may be so minute
Mere flickering light
But may contribute
Some Hope in sight.
Breathe these out then
Inspire and touch
Hurts will unburden
Words don't cost
Much.
