Worried Poem by Marilyn Jean

Worried

Anxiety gently lingers all around
Blue-grey thoughts rush slowly here
I worry all day again and again
Do you know? But you are not there
What to think? I am feeling down
The day is long and gets longer
Born in hope then gone in despair
Because you simply were not there
Worried is this and even a bit more
Business prevents me in tears to drown
Yet, I am edging minor breakdown
Worried about why were you not here
