Wrapped In Your Arms
I sit so quietly
Wrapped in your arms
And sigh
As I feel
Your breath on my face
I can't imagine
Ever leaving
This time
This feeling
This place
I breathe slowly
Thinking
Hoping
Praying
That time just might stop
I glance at the clock
The seconds tick on
The minutes fly by
The hours don't stop
Again, I sigh
This time content
As I still sit
Here, wrapped in your arms.
