You were just so different from every guy I've met
You were always there, you were always a friend
You were always on my side when I needed help
You were a sturdy shoulder when I needed rest
You said you would always be at my side
And you wiped away all of my tears when I cried
I loved you so much, in so many ways
I never could imagine life without you
But now I haven't seen you in forever it seems
And I feel like you've shattered all of my dreams
When I left I never had the chance to say goodbye
Without you a piece of my heart has died
You used to be a solid rock in my life
I could always turn to you for a piece of advice
Now that you're gone I won't let anyone in
I finally see, I can only depend on me
Everyone else will let me down again and again
And you've shown me that no matter how hard I try
SOMEONE WILL ALWAYS LET ME DOWN! ! ! ! !
