Haiku is a Japanese form of poetry which follows a three line format containing five syllables(meter) in the first line then seven syllables in the second line then five syllables in the third line.Usually it contains some aspects of nature whether it is the natural world or human and has an impact.You can read more about haiku structure in Wikipedia and other websites.
