Xenophobia Poem by Camagu Somana

Xenophobia

Rating: 5.0

In his red dreadful eyes
I see deadly rage
Like a bull, he breathes high
Sweat and blood across his face
I didn't realise its seriousness
Up to this stage

On a sunny day
I looked up in the sky
Praying for His intervention
Jean - Marc regrets this day
People running and burning things
A riot - emotions are high

This must stop I say
God for your intervention I pray

Very apt and timely piece of poetry. Xenophobia a disease that is threatening the unity and happiness of a people. It should be condemned by every right thinking person. Thanks for sharing.
