J-ust leave the past behind,
O-n the twenty-seventh of July;
Y-our birthday has come,
L-et not the morrow die.
Y-esterday is gone forever, no matter what you do;
N-ever can anyone turn back the time that says adieu.

C-old chill and raindrops
L-ast night did disappear;
A-n early warm beacon's light
R-ises without any fear.
I-t's a beautiful morn,
O-pen your heart to feel better;
N-ew dawn is here to live, yesterday is gone forever.
