Whatever we do today,
tomorrow it will be
yesterday’s news.
If a heart is broken today,
tomorrow it will feel
different in some way
and today will become
yesterday’s news.
We live our lives
one day at a time,
moment by moment
from dawn to dusk
and tomorrow when it comes,
everything we did today
will become yesterday’s news.
