you looked at me and you saw a future,
a beautiful life of joy and wonder.
i looked at you and i saw torture,
greamy evenings with words of murder.
you looked at me and it felt good.
i looked at you on a winter night,
and i saw an incomprehensible fright,
you looked and touched my sight,
which did feel so right.
you looked at me and you saw my fears
and i knocked at your opened door,
and you welcomed a restless soul,
i looked at you and i saw your worth.
forever till eternity; you said,
together till the end of time; i did
we looked and saw our future.
we looked, and that felt so right
