You are my life and you are my soul,
Darling you are dearer to me than my own heart,
The world has lost their hearts to me,
But I have lost my heart to you,
Oh, dreamy eyed person, doe eyed person,
Every day I count the days forever,
Ever since the day I fell in love with you,
Listen to me girl,
You are my very soul,
I am not concerned about the world,
It is only you that I am interested in,
Many beauties pass me by everyday,
But in comparison to you oh doe eyed beauty,
They mean nothing to me but passing faces in the crowd,
You are the one I want,
You are the one that’s dearer to me than my own life,
You are dearer than my own heart,
You are my life and my soul,
The world has given their hearts to me,
But I give my heart only to you,
Love me or leave me, the choice is yours,
Take me as I am,
Even my heart is not my own, it is yours,
For you are dearer to me that my own heart, my life, my soul.
