You Are Winds...You Are The... - Poem by (brief renderings) Joe Fazio

You are the warm winds on a cold December day.
You are a single ray of sunshine, beaming from a slate gray
sky on a rainy April day.

I am forever filled with the scent of who you are. You are
the sweet smell of jasmine and the beauty of an ocean
sunrise. You are the pristine and intoxicating air after a summer rain.

Trying not to think of you, while all of natures beauty is
before me...if impossible...for you are all these things.

You are part of the many wonderment of life...living.
Without the memory of you, the world...universe as I know
it, would cease to exist.

Without the spirit of who you were, now cradled in my heart...my very soul, there could not possibly be the heaven I know exists.

Wait for me...wait for me beyond the dream. There shall
come a time when we will meet again and I will hold you
in my arms...and for ever tell you of my love.
