You Can'T Forgive Me Poem by Blue Moonlight

You Can'T Forgive Me

Hair that's messed up by the wind that touches all,
I see you right there, standing so tall.
Your back turned against me, I patiently wait.
This isn't fair. Am I someone you hate?

I call your name. It seems you can't hear.
You walk away. My heart is filled with fear.
What did I do? What didn't I do?
Will you end up leaving me, too?

There's the painful sound of something breaking.
Something inside me is beating and aching.
I close my eyes and force myself to dream.
But I always seem to wake up with a scream.

Your eyes, I can no longer see.
You're the only one who once saw me.
Aversion and a love that's found and broken,
This is the end of the words you've spoken.

Wow. Great poem. I like this poem. I really enjoyed reading. You're talented. Well, the title says that you did something wrong that you want to be forgiven. But you didn't mention what it was! You asked yourself! But with no answer. I liked the paradox of aversion and love. I'd be glad to know your ideas about my poems too. Thanks.
